Tideglass grew out of a simple shift in focus. After a long period of noise and personal struggle, Carter found himself drawn to peaceful, serene content online — soft light, slow movement, and quiet sound. He decided to create something in that same spirit: music that prioritizes calm over intensity, and presence over performance.
