A full band purchase grants you full ownership and rights to the band’s intellectual property, encompassing all existing lyrics, musical compositions (songs), unique song notes, and current albums. This includes all performance rights and future publishing rights associated with the band’s musical catalog.

Please note: This sale explicitly excludes the individual band members themselves, who are not part of this acquisition. While you gain full band rights and ownership of the musical entity, the original songwriting credits (authorship) for all existing works will be retained by the original songwriters unless a separate agreement for the purchase of these specific authorship rights is explicitly negotiated and completed. This means you can take over the full legal status of the band and perform and produce music as that band but you will need to find your own performers to do so.
