Primal Love is The PryBirds at their most intimate, dangerous, and emotionally exposed.
Built from fire, ruin, desire, pain, and survival, Primal Love takes the band’s industrial-doom sound into darker emotional territory. Crushing downtuned guitars, industrial textures, droning electronics, distorted vocals, haunting melodies, and slow-burning arrangements create a world where love isn’t presented as something soft or safe.
Here, love is primal.
It can consume.
It can destroy.
It can save.
It can become a chain.
It can become the only thing strong enough to break one.
Primal Love explores the relationship between love and destruction — the strange place where devotion, desperation, desire, grief, fire, and survival become impossible to separate.
The album moves through burning landscapes, ruined hearts, fragile hope, mechanical despair, and the remnants of relationships that refuse to completely die.
There is darkness throughout Primal Love, but it is not darkness without purpose.
Beneath the ash, something remains.

ABOUT THE SONGS
Primal
The centerpiece of the album. Love stripped down to its most basic human form — desire, attachment, survival, protection, vulnerability, and the instinct to hold onto another person when everything else is falling apart.
Ashen
A love song buried beneath despair. Fire becomes both destructive force and strange purification as love struggles to survive inside a world already surrounded by ruin.
Falling Skies Rising Flames
Collapse becomes transformation. As the world falls apart overhead, something rises from beneath it. Destruction becomes the beginning of strength.
Glass Wings
Fragility and freedom collide. Something beautiful attempts to fly despite knowing it can break, creating a contrast between vulnerable melody and industrial heaviness.
Choke the Garden
One green flower fighting through black soil. The garden represents something once alive and beautiful while the poisoned soil represents everything that tried to destroy it.
Grey Devotion
A buried love song wrapped in despair. Devotion survives after the brightness disappears, moving through industrial haze toward a strangely hopeful clearing.
Salt & Ember
Survival through fire. Salt represents tears, memory, and wounds. Ember represents what refuses to completely die.
Hollow Furnace
A machine heart powered by pain. The furnace continues operating even after the thing it was built to sustain has disappeared.
Blood Sun Halo
A fiery crown over a burning world. Apocalyptic imagery meets intimate emotion as devotion exists beneath a violent, red sun.
Cinders Beneath
Something remains buried beneath the destruction. Love survives underneath layers of pain, memory, regret, and ruin.
The Ashen Choir
A ghostly industrial anthem built from distorted voices, industrial samples, and atmospheric textures — a collective expression of grief, devotion, memory, and survival.
Charred Euphony
Beauty born from broken things. The song explores the strange beauty that can emerge from destruction and how something damaged can still become meaningful.
Ashes Still Sing
The album’s slow, eerie, mournful, and strangely hopeful statement. Even after the fire has consumed almost everything, memories, love, music, and human connection remain.
Haunt Me Inside

Her contribution exists alongside Vincent Krell’s established PryBirds identity rather than replacing it.
The result is an album where the band’s traditionally industrial and doom-driven sound is allowed to become more emotionally exposed without abandoning its weight.
