License and Sale of Riffuge Studio Productions IP

All bands, songs, music, lyrics, and intellectual property (IP) created by Riffuge Studio Productions, including Ghost Riff Riders and all associated bands, are available for sale and licensing. We offer various options for you to legally utilize our completed works, including individual songs, lyrics, and full albums.

Licensing Opportunities

We offer licenses for a range of uses, including:

  • Public performance: For live performances, broadcasts, or streaming.
  • Cover song rights: To create and distribute your own renditions of our music.
  • Reproduction: For incorporating our music into your projects or media.
  • Compilations: For inclusion in compilation albums or digital releases.
  • Tribute band coverage rights: Specific rights for tribute bands to perform our material.

These licenses grant you the legal right to publicly broadcast, perform, and otherwise utilize our content for a one-time or recurring fee.

  • No Physical Media Provided: Purchasing a license does not include any physical copies of recordings, sheet music, PDFs, or other media. This is a digital licensing transaction only.

  • Digital Media Availability: While we endeavor to provide access to the works you license, generated media such as stems, layers, samples, vocals, or instrumental tracks are not automatically included.

  • High-Quality Audio Files: If your license requires a higher-quality version of a song (for example, .wav for public broadcasting), you must specifically request it. We will provide a digital download link where available. High-quality versions are not automatically included with any license.

  • Sheet Music and Lyrics: Sheet music and lyrics are not automatically provided with licenses or rights purchases. You may request digital copies if available. Availability varies by song, and not all catalog entries have these resources.

  • Purpose of License: Licensing a song, lyric, cover, public performance, or IP ownership grants legal rights to use the work in accordance with the license terms, but does not convey copies of physical media or automatic access to additional materials.

  • Agreement: By purchasing a license or rights, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and limitations.

Fee Structure

Licensing fees vary depending on the scope of use:

  • Individual Song License: Starting at $200 per song for one-time public performance, broadcast, or cover song use.
  • Album License: Entire albums are available at a discounted rate, with one-time licenses ranging up to $10,000.

Please note that purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership, creative origin, or authorship of the music, lyrics, or album. You will only become the author, writer, or creator if you purchase the full legal rights to the creative content in question.

Important Legal Notice Regarding Copyright and IP Infringement

The fees mentioned above for licensing are for legitimate, pre-authorized use. These fees **do not** retroactively apply or absolve you from legal action if you are caught in violation of our intellectual property rights. Unauthorized public performance, reproduction, or distribution of our music, lyrics, or IP without a valid license constitutes copyright infringement.

We will pursue all legal avenues for any violation of our IP, lyrics, compilation, reproduction, or copyright theft. Charges for such infringements will include significantly larger fees, fines, and legal penalties. We strongly encourage you to **inquire about your specific usage needs and obtain the appropriate license BEFORE** engaging in any activity that could be considered copyright or IP infringement.

Since our bands, lyrics, music, and IP are all available for sale, and licenses for producing, copying, covering, or publicly performing the music are readily accessible, we encourage you to secure your legal license or outright purchase the full rights for the band or songs in question.
