A few of us at Riffuge sat with him last night and this came out. Fingerpicked acoustic. Distant thunder fading. A real view of when things go well for you — the rain quits, your people are dry, four walls still standing — and you can hear that it did not go that way for everybody else.
This is for the ones the storm hit, and the ones still missing from the floods. You are not forgotten.
